Functional Movement Screen

An assessment of fitness to work that considers the physical and the psychosocial together, rather than one without the other.

What this is

The Functional Movement Screen assesses fitness to work. It can be used before employment, on employment, or at any point during employment. It covers physical capability and psychosocial factors, because the two rarely act independently of each other.

The assessment is AI-assisted. The risk associated with the person is assessed, and recommendations follow on the interventions that should be considered for that person.
