Integrated Workforce Health Intelligence
Bring workforce health data together from the systems and suppliers that hold it, and assess what is actually driving risk, cost and outcome.

What this is
This is our flagship service and it is currently in development. It uploads and analyses data from multiple sources, correlates the benefits an employer provides against their effectiveness, and improves the criteria used for assessment so that health risk management, controls and benefits can be improved continuously.
Many organisations talk about integrated health, but achieve it only by taking every service from a single supplier. ORIGIN takes a different position. An employer can keep the suppliers it has chosen, in occupational health, in benefits, in screening and elsewhere, and still hold one integrated view across all of them.
Suppliers, ingestion, assessment, correlation and output. Nothing in the chain requires an employer to change supplier.
What it assesses
- Occupational health risks, including who can be harmed and how.
- People risks, and their relevance to risk and to cost.
- The benefits provided, set against the outcomes delivered for the business and for its people.
- Correlation between what is provided and what changes, and therefore effectiveness.
When employers use it
- Where health and safety, occupational health, absence, employee assistance, claims and screening data sit in separate suppliers' systems.
- Where the effectiveness of existing benefits has never been measured.
- Where assessment criteria need to improve over time rather than stay fixed.
- As optional functionality, sickness absence reporting, which is particularly relevant to smaller and medium sized employers.
What you receive
- Integrated data across workplace risks and personal risks.
- Recommendations to reduce risk, and to educate people on self-care.
- Reduced risk and cost, with a visible return associated with ill health, injury and productivity.
- Healthier people, and lower benefit costs over the longer term.

This is in development rather than live. It is described on the Presenteeism Tool page.
